A tool is one working screen in the platform — a place where someone does a job, not a feature bullet. Below is the full list, grouped by the lifecycle stage it belongs to. The counts on the rest of this site are taken from this same list.
The lifecycle has seven stages; the catalogue has six groupings, because Measure and Improve are served by the same set of screens and splitting them would list the same tool twice.
