What is RouteSync?
RouteSync is an integrated transport platform that connects demand intelligence, network design, service planning, operations control, fleet and crew management, analytics, revenue, billing and reporting into one operating environment — for public transport and employee transport / DRT.
Who is RouteSync for?
Cities and transport authorities, bus and BRT operators, state transport undertakings, metro authorities, private and eBus operators, corporate employers running staff transport, and development partners and PMUs overseeing transport programmes.
What transport modes does RouteSync support?
Fixed-route transport, city, state, intercity and interstate bus, intracity operations, metro, metro feeders, airport feeders, and employee transport / DRT. The platform tailors its workflow and toolset to each mode.
How is RouteSync delivered?
As a web application for control rooms and planners, native Android and iOS mobile apps for crew, drivers, riders and employees, and purpose-built device applications for transit hardware such as handhelds/ETM, validators, TVM and TOM.
Can RouteSync run on our existing hardware?
Yes. RouteSync is hardware-agnostic and works with your existing devices or new hardware — no rip-and-replace. For certified transit-grade equipment, we are integrated with our global hardware partner, MikroElektronika.
Does RouteSync work offline?
Yes. Field devices keep validating tickets, recording trips and capturing data offline, then sync automatically when connectivity returns. RouteSync can be deployed in the cloud, on-premise, or as a hybrid.
Where is RouteSync available?
RouteSync is delivered globally — including India, Singapore, Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK, and across Asia and Africa — with regional partners providing local implementation and operational support. In Africa, deployment is supported through our partner e2gx Mobility with CABO-aligned assurance.
How do we get started?
Request a demo and our team will tailor a walkthrough to your modes, fleet, contract model and infrastructure. RouteSync can be deployed in structured packages, starting with the area that solves your most urgent problem.
How long does deployment take?
It depends on scope. A focused module — such as employee transport or operations control — can go live quickly, while a full citywide or multi-operator platform is rolled out in structured phases so you see value early rather than waiting for one large switch-on.
How is RouteSync priced?
RouteSync is offered in structured packages scoped to your modes, fleet size and the modules you need. Pricing is shared after a short discovery call so it reflects your actual scope rather than a generic list price.
Who owns the data, and how is it secured?
Your operational data remains yours. RouteSync supports cloud, on-premise or hybrid deployment, role-based access control, and data-handling aligned to your governance and regulatory requirements.
What integrations are supported?
RouteSync interoperates with the standards and systems you already run — GTFS / GTFS-RT, AFCS and NCMC, AVLS, GIS and ERP / finance — so it connects into your existing estate rather than replacing it.
What training and support do you provide?
Onboarding, role-based training for planners, control-room staff and field crews, and ongoing support through our team and regional delivery partners — including local implementation support in the markets where you operate.
