We are used to the paperwork, not just the platform.
ITMS, AFCS and planning-study tenders come with compliance matrices, eligibility documents and deadlines that do not move. This page is for the person assembling that submission.
Three ways in.
As a technology partner to a bidder
You lead the bid; we supply the platform, the technical write-up and the compliance responses for our scope. Most common on ITMS and AFCS packages.
Direct, with delivery partners
Where the scope is the software and the study, we bid with regional implementation partners for on-ground delivery.
Consortium member
On packages combining civil works, hardware and systems, we take the systems scope inside a consortium.
What to ask us for, and when.
| Document | What it is | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Compliance matrix response | Clause-by-clause response against your BOQ or technical specification, marked complied / complied with deviation / not applicable, with the evidence reference for each. | 3–5 working days |
| Technical proposal input | Architecture, module coverage, integration approach, deployment model, data residency and rollout plan, written to the tender's own structure. | 5–7 working days |
| Security & compliance pack | The evidence set described on our — certification position, data protection, encryption, hosting, backup and DR, sub-processors, breach notification. | 2 working days |
| Accessibility conformance | WCAG 2.1 AA statement for the public site and the platform UI — a line item in most public-sector procurement. | Published |
| Eligibility & corporate documents | Entity details, registrations, financials and authorisations, to the extent the tender requires them — including MSME / Udyam registration and the Government of India patent, both of which are scored lines in many tenders. | On request |
| Past performance | Deployment references and scope summaries, named where the client permits it and anonymised where they do not. | On request |
| Manpower & delivery plan | Team composition, partner network and implementation capacity for the package. | 3–5 working days |
Bring us the tender document rather than a summary — the clause wording is what determines whether an answer is compliant, and we would rather read it than guess at it.

Working to a deadline?
Send the tender reference and the submission date. We will tell you the same day whether we can support it and what we need from you.
