We are not advertising a specific vacancy at the moment. We do read speculative applications, and we keep the ones we cannot act on immediately — most of the people here arrived that way.

Transport planning
Demand, network design, timetabling and blocking. People who have planned a real network and know why the textbook answer does not survive a depot.
Engineering
Laravel and PostgreSQL on the platform side, device protocols and telemetry on the vehicle side. Systems that have to keep working when the network does not.
Field and deployment
Getting hardware onto buses and data into the platform: validators, on-board units, depots, and the commissioning that decides whether any of it reports.
Operations and delivery
Working alongside authorities and operators through go-live, and staying long enough to see whether the numbers on the screen match the yard.
Distributed, and close to the operation.
The team works from India, Greece, Indonesia, South Africa. Much of what we build is decided in depots and control rooms rather than in a specification, so the work involves being where the buses are — at least some of the time.
